This location unfortunately needs better customer service. They are slow during the day and evening. There have been many times where my order has been wrong or I have had to wait for an unexceptable amount of time. The workers arent sincere and do not apologize for the delays. If this location had better workers I would give it a five star for its great service and food. I still come here only for my desire of the "murder burgers" but besides that FIND ANOTHER WHITE CASTLE!!!
Beautiful remodel. BUT. Very slow service, and the employees almost ALWAYS get your order wrong. Always have to go back inside and get it fixed. Inconvenient, especially when you are in a rush. I dealt with one manager, she was no-nonsense, and she handled it, so for that I give this place 4 stars. Good management goes a very long way. And don't get me wrong, the people that work there are not unkind, but they all look frustrated. But I haven't experienced anyone there with attitude. They just need to get more organized. Food is good too.
I enjoy their burgers and fish sandwiches every now and then. Really haven't tried too much else on the menu. But I will say - as I have for many years - their milkshakes are the best!!!!

I only eat the turkey burgers and sweet potato fries. I wait until November each year to enjoy. They are so good. I wish they would keep them all year. the newly renovated building is delightful.
I give this place 4 stars, but they do need to improve on some things.
