I like the professionalism shown to me and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for storage space.
Jesus was very helpful and showed me the unit and checked me out in the span of 15 minutes. Very friendly and approachable and answered all my questions entirely. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Our space was broken into twice in one week! The staff didn’t really bat an eye. After the first break in, they provided us with their own, tamper proof luck. Less than a week later we were broken into again. The door was busted in. Everything was stolen, including a generator, power washer, amongst many other valuable things. Orange Police claims that they are there often. The staff will not even look at the tapes. I am convinced that this is an inside job. I am not sure why this place has so many 5 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you value your belongings. Staff claims that “criminal sometimes hide inside the building until we leave”. They are implying that their facility is not safe even after lock down. ONCE AGAIN, STAY AWAY.
My experience here was awesome. The assistant store manager Jesus Fabian was great! Very patient, and humble person. He made us feel comfortable and was very helpful! Also Sue was a big help also. Very nice people!
Jesus Fabian was a great representative for Extra Space Storage. He was attentive to my needs. He explained the policy to me in great detail and I appreciate the exceptional customer service provided
Made my reservation online and when I arrived Jesus Fabian provided me with a tour of the facility and gave excellent customer service. He did not leave anything out and made sure I understood everything.
