*I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!! I came to this location to get a quote on fixing my vehicle (2017 Altima) that had just been involved in a hit-and-run accident just a few days prior. The entire passenger side of my vehicle was damaged and needed to be repaired. Once I pulled up in front, I was directed to see the manager for assistance, can't quite remember his name it was either Dave or Dale, he was a short man in stature. He greeted me then once I showed him my vehicle damages and tried to explain my situation, he became very short with me and was not trying to hear me out. I explained to him that it was a hit-and-run and I preferred to pay for the damages out of pocket rather than making a claim through my insurance company. Once he heard that, he completely dismissed me. His exact words to me were "I'm not even going to waste my time writing you up a quote if you're not going through your insurance company!". Correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe it is MY choice whether or not I want to file a claim through MY insurance company that I pay every month. Regardless of if I go through my insurance or choosing to pay out of pocket, I have the right to do as I choose and it is his responsibility to treat me with respect and value my business as a consumer. If he agrees with my choices or not is irrelevant to the situation. He would not give me a proper quote as I requested, he totally blew me off and continued walking up the street after his dog. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the service and treatment I received from this establishment. Not only will I never return to this location, I will also discourage others from going here and continue to share my negative experience with everyone! His behavior was completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated!
My wonderful wife ran up on a parking lot barrier and ripped the front bumper off and wrecked the lining under her car. Brought it in to Maaco in Orange and couldn't be happier. Friendly, attentive service from Dave, the owner and had the front fixed and on the road in no time. Price was outstanding. Highly recommend this repair facility.
The guy who owned the shop is very unprofessional. He took 2 months for a job he told me would take a week. I told him it's costing me a lot to get back and fourth from wrk and he tells me "that's not his problem" ..
