The food is amazing, more like phenomenal, and employees are great! But the customer service needs to improve, the supervisor shows no respect to loyal customers in catering to an issue, he ignored me and spoke to others regardless of me being respectful and courteous despite my frustrations addressing him directly, he had side conversations instead while I spoke to him to deviate. Bought two of the same items [chicken patty] and ate 1, it had no chicken, brought it back for an even exchange, he refused and declared since he didn't make the patty he sells in his store I can't exchange or get my refund. It Had not been 5mins within the purchase. A customer seeing his disrespect and ignorance gave me the money in return, to not cause a commotion I stepped away.
Don't sell a product and not be ready to deal with lack of satisfaction, you are the seller dealing with a customer, you deal with the supplier!
They have the best Ital (vegetarian) soup around. Great Jamaican food and hot fresh baked hard dough bread. And every morning you can get fresh Jamaican breakfast vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Yummy. Oh, did I mention great smoothies.
LOVE LOVE LOVE sunsplash. Smoothies are always on point, and staff is very knowledgeable about their ingredients. Honestly hands down the best smoothies I have ever had. I've even tried every one on the menu. I always recommend this place to people.
The Sunsplash restaurant is the only Jamaican restaurant that I will go to the people are so pleasant and nice and cordial and the portions are amazing. I live almost 20 miles from there and if I don't go there I won't go to any other restaurant.
The food is good, but way too expensive and they don't even give you that much.
